Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every product you receive from Aphrodite'K. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@aphroditek.store with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Opened or used products (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
