Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

UK Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after dispatch.

EU Delivery Standard shipping to EU countries is £4.99. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Delivery Standard international shipping is £7.99. Estimated delivery time is 14–30 business days after dispatch. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Multiple Shipments Some orders may be fulfilled by different suppliers and could arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
